In order to carry out profitable activities in the market affected by Covid-19, as well as to increase the attractiveness of the services provided and work productivity, an electronic customer self-service system will be created within the scope of the project. In the e-store, customers will have the opportunity to remotely order energy efficiency calculation and modeling, building energy efficiency certification and other services provided by the company. Customers will also have the opportunity to reserve desired service times and remotely pay for the company&#8217;s services.<\/p>\n<p>The results of the project will allow customers to receive services faster and more conveniently, and the company will be able to more successfully manage the flow of orders, follow the demand for the services provided and organize the activities of UAB &#8220;Pasyv\u016bs namai&#8221; more efficiently, meeting the needs and expectations of customers more effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund as a measure of the European Union&#8217;s response to the COVID-19 pandemic: E-commerce model COVID-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Name of the project:<\/strong> UAB &#8220;Passiv\u016bs namai&#8221; e-commerce model implementation<br \/><strong>Project number:<\/strong> 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0460<br \/><strong>Project start:<\/strong> 2022 m.
